Neely Farm Swim Team

 

We have a wonderful neighborhood SAIL swim team that consists of Guppies, Jr Swim Team and the Nitro Fish.  Ages 4-18 can participate providing the families HOA dues are paid or in good standing with William Douglas. 

 

Guppies

The Guppy program starts at age 4. This is for children who are unable to swim or just know the basics about jumping in the pool and not sinking to the bottom.  A Guppy Helper (ages 12-18) are assigned to each Guppy and they work one on one during the SAIL season.  The lessons take place in the pool during the AM starting the end of May or beginning of June. The lessons go thru to the end of June culminating in our annual Guppy Swim Meet which is just like the Nitro Fish meets.

 

Jr. Swim Team

The Jr. Swim Team is for anyone ages 4-7 that can swim on their own but do not have the techniques down for each stroke.

 

Nitro Fish

The Nitro Fish Team is for those 7-19 who are able to swim from one end of the pool to the other and have adequote proficiencey in the strokes.
