Neely Farm HOA Board

During the January HOA meeting, all Neely Farm homeowners who are paid current on their dues may vote in the annual election for Board members. Each year, 2 or 3 board member positions are up for re-election. Terms served are 2 years in length and are assigned specific positions on the board after the annual election.
Please contact William Douglas first for any concerns you may have and they will determine which board member to contact.
Our board members are volunteers and spend many hours of their time answering phone calls, fielding emails from William Doughlas, residents and this time takes away from their family time. Please be considerate of them and their time when you choose to contact Board members. If it can wait - please contact William Douglas during business hours.
If you wish to run for a position on the HOA Board, you will need to submit this request in writing or in person at the William Douglas office. The notification of election is sent out in the month of November along with an absentee ballot if you are unable to attend the meeting.
