Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is available for use by all Neely Farm Families that are in goodstanding with William Douglas with their HOA dues. The rental fee of $150 plus a refundable deposit is to be paid to the Property Managment company William Douglas.
The clubhouse features a full kitchen, bathrooms, a large screen TV w/Charter Cable a wrap around porch and a large BBQ grill.
Please contact William Douglas if you would like to reserve the clubhouse for your next Birthday party, club function or other event.

We live in a great neighborhood with wonderful amenities to keep everyone active.
Our 6 lane swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. The community swim team the Nitro Fish use the pool for practice in the afternoon/evenings until the middle of July when their season ends at Championships and Classics. During the rest of the pool season, the pool is available for all families in good standing with their HOA dues to use. Pool hours are posted outside the pool gate.
We also have 4 hard surface tennis courts that are lighted. Several neighborhood teams are active in our community and they are always looking for new players.
If exploring nature is more your style, check out our walking trail that travels thru the back of the neighborhood and along a creek to the "soccer field". This large openfield area is perfect for playing frisbee, flying a kite or having a fun afternoon of playing soccer. Neighborhood campouts with hotdogs and the makings of s'mores are provided by our social committe for all who want to attend. Contact neelyfarmsocial@gmail.com for more information.
